The mission of the Division of Prosthodontics is to provide outstanding didactic, clinical and research programs in prosthodontics. The predoctoral curriculum is designed to train dental students to assess, treatment plan and provide prosthodontic care in a contemporary general practice setting. The Division also manages a three year accredited postgraduate prosthodontic residency program. Graduates of the program are trained to provide exemplary prosthodontic specialty treatment. Faculty from the Division conduct laboratory and clinical research activities in TMD, muscle physiology and dental implants.
